- Support the growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management, while overseeing the administrative responsibilities of the team.
- Maintain and improve IT service delivery processes and performance measures, tracking service results, governance adoption, approved exceptions, follow-up actions, and the effectiveness of controls for AI and emerging digital tools.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support IT projects and day-to-day service delivery, ensuring teams have the capacity and support needed to meet priorities.
- Oversee the team's IT project portfolio and work closely with other teams and partners, including Data and AI, Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, platform owners, and business stakeholders, to keep initiatives aligned, clarify responsibilities, and support appropriate governance and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
