We’re excited to offer co-op opportunities across a variety of departments. These roles are designed to give students meaningful, hands-on experience that aligns with our Talent First strategy: hiring and developing the right talent, at the right time, in the right roles.

At YVR, co-op students contribute to impactful projects, gain mentorship from leaders, and finish their term with a Capstone Project presentation to senior leadership—including our CEO.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the team you join, your key responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Conducting research and data analysis to inform key decisions
  • Collaborating across teams to enhance operational or business processes
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences
  • Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and company events
  • Delivering a final Capstone Project that highlights your impact

What We’re Looking For

We welcome students from all academic backgrounds—Engineering, Business, HR, IT, Sustainability, and more. The ideal candidate is:

  • A strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Curious, innovative, and eager to contribute to meaningful work
  • Professional, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
