In general, interviews are conducted at our corporate offices on Level 5 of the main terminal; however, they may also be conducted at the hiring department’s location. When you are invited for an interview, you will receive information on the name(s) of the interviewer(s), emergency contact number, interview date and time, and instructions on where to go and where to park.

The majority of our employees work in and around the terminal buildings, but that isn’t the case for everyone. If you’re invited for an in-person interview, you will be provided with detailed information on location. The corporate offices, which house some departments, are located in the main terminal on Level 5.

We take a number of factors into account when it comes to pay – such as your specific skills and experience, labour market conditions and internal equity. Our compensation package is comprehensive and competitive. Vancouver International Airport is a Living Wage employer. This means all Vancouver Airport Authority workers earn at least a living wage. Living Wage for Families BC has determined the hourly rate of pay at which a household can meet its basic expenses. The 2022 living wage rate in Metro Vancouver is $20.52.
